Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals, create high-quality marketing campaigns and assets, and execute flawlessly. This position collaborates across the organization to build brand and solution awareness and drive leads to the top of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand and solution awareness, drive leads to the top of the sales funnel, and attract top talent
  • Design and manage all promotional and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, content marketing, and advertising
  • Ensure full understanding of Acentra Health offerings and solutions and develop clear, persuasive, and articulate messaging and content across a variety of media and formats. Research clinical, technical, or business topics as necessary to ensure complete and accurate content
  • Produce high-quality, error-free, short- and long-form content
  • Adhere to efficient processes for the review and approval of content. Comply with claims, disclosures, industry/regulatory reviews as needed, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to research and adopt new channels, methods, and platforms that optimize marketing, brand awareness, and earned media
  • Support the development of new channel strategies and materials for audiences such as brokers and consultants.
  • Develop and execute conference, tradeshow, and client event strategies, from pre-event promotion to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
  • Generate and maintain website content for all audiences. Optimize content for traditional and artificial intelligence search
  • Ensure adherence to brand and writing style/usage guidelines and product and unit naming conventions
  • Manage one or more team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient execution of projects
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, English, Marketing, or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications for a healthcare or insurance organization
  • Excellent writing skills as evidenced by writing samples submitted with application

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead others to do so
  • Ability to develop plans and translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure
  • Demonstrated success building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Excellent editing and self-editing skills; meticulous about clarity, structure, and grammar
  • Excellent project management, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and build consensus, as well as align and communicate with supervisors and team members
  • Experience with publicly funded healthcare programs
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and metrics
  • Understanding of digital channels, marketing technologies, SEO, content, and other growth techniques

Experience in Lieu of Degree

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range

USD $117,600.00 - USD $147,000.00 /Yr.
