Your RoleonOur Team:

The CNC Operatoris responsible forproducingmachinedparts byoperatinga computer numerical control (CNC) machine.

You'llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Operate multiple CNC and manualmachiningequipment and workstations(50%)

  • Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment(40%)

  • Make offsets and adjustments asrequired(20%)

  • Independently adjust andmaintainpart specifications and replenish component components(10%)

  • Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention(10%)

  • Complete documentation asrequiredorrequested(10%)

  • Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions(10%)

  • Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area(10%)

  • Practice 5Ss(5%)

The TOOLSyou'llbring with you:

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints

  • Sufficientknowledgeinterpretingtechnical dataaccurately

  • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

  • Proficient problem solvingand analyticalskills

  • Highly detail oriented

  • High school diploma or equivalent
