Chief of Staff, Lead The Opportunity: As the Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with our senior-level Space Force clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the timely delivery of capability to meet mission objectives. We're looking for someone like you to be a trusted advisor to the Government client and liaison to stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues, government clients, and cross-functional teams from various DoD and Government agencies to plan and execute large-scale space and ground system acquisitions. You'll support the integration of PNT systems across a large stakeholder community, manage day-to-day business operations, and track objective and key result for senior-level clients. You'll develop internal processes to streamline and synchronize the client's battle rhythm. You'll orchestrate the development, coordination, and completion of high-priority tasks in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders, synthesizing large sets of information to support decision making to obtaining consensus, you'll lead meaningful Chief of Staff duties. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
