We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support to a critical operations team, ensuring seamless daily functions and contributing directly to key organizational initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining efficiency and fostering a productive workplace, allowing the team to focus on their core mission.

This role is crucial in supporting significant organizational initiatives, including a major Return to Office effort. You will provide high-volume team support, coordinate activities, and help streamline processes across various teams as the organization prepares for increased on-site collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of operational excellence, contributing to the success of a vital team. You will play a key role in ensuring that the team's administrative needs are met, allowing them to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for management and external business partners.

* Manage schedule(s), coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses.

* Coordinate meetings and events, and support operational functions related to finance, personnel, and facilities.

* Manage the procurement of goods and services, including equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.

* Provide comprehensive general office support.

* Serve as a primary contact for the team/group.

* Complete special projects as assigned.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proven experience performing a variety of complex administrative functions.

* Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, coordinate travel, and process expenses efficiently.

* Experience coordinating meetings, events, and supporting operational functions (financial, personnel, facilities).

* Proficiency in managing procurement processes, including goods, services, and vendor relationships.

* Strong general office support skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a primary contact.

* Ability to manage and complete special projects effectively.

* A stable work history without extended gaps.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience.
