Full-Time | Hybrid | Waukesha, WI Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to join our Birth to Three Program, a federally mandated Early Intervention program supporting children ages 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This role focuses on strengthening families, enhancing child development, and coordinating services using a family-centered, trauma-informed approach. After training, this position offers remote flexibility when not conducting home visits. The team meets every other Tuesday at the Waukesha office. This is a benefit-eligible, full-time position.
