Lead Auditor & Trainer- Sustainability

Your Tasks

  • Develop and deliver training programs across defined technical areas, including standards requirements and mandatory guidance documents.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, refresher trainings, workshops, and annual exchange meetings for auditors and planners.
  • Assess auditor competency, identify skills gaps, and support the creation of targeted development and upskilling plans.
  • Conduct 3rdparty audits in accordance with applicable standards, accreditation requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Support accreditation activities (internal audits, witness audits, evidence preparation).
  • Analyze audit findings, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and ensure consistency in reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations, resource management, and technical teams to optimize planning, workflows, and audit quality.


Your Qualifications

  • Lead Auditor certification and minimum 3+ years of experience conducting 3rdparty audits.
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements and scheme-specific rules.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent auditor credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 65%).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred:

    • Experience designing or delivering competency-based training.
    • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Familiarity with sustainability-related standards and industry developments.

Additional Information
