Summary

  • This role's primary objective will be to coordinate with Supply Chain Finance, Global Trade, the Tariff PMO, Cash application team, and the Controller's office regarding tracking and reporting tariff post summary correction and duty drawback refunds.
  • Will monitor and report on cash receipts related to PSCs and duty drawbacks, reconciling items between SAP, Customs (ACE) reports, and PSC and duty drawback trackers.
  • Will prepare monthly reconciliations for PSC refund accounts in Blackline and provide supporting documentation to accurately maintain the PSC receivable account balance.
  • Additionally, this role will assist with tariff ad hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership requests.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the supply chain cost and compliance finance team as needed.



Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the reconciliation process between SAP, ACE Report and PSC/Duty Drawback trackers
  • Report on cash received for PSC and duty drawback refunds
  • Work with cash application team and GT to resolve any discrepancies/issues
  • Prepare tariff PSC refund G/L account reconciliations in Blackline each month with supporting documentation
  • Prepare supporting documentation/analysis to ensure correct balance of tariff PSC accrual
  • Assist with tariff ad hoc reporting and analysis to support leadership requests and supply chain cost and compliance team
  • Escalate any issues and/or internal control deficiencies
  • Establish and maintain strong customer, user/stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Should have strong analysis
