Stellantis is currently seeking a Senior Consolidation Specialist to work at our Headquarters Technical Center (CTC) in Auburn Hills, MI.

Working within the North America Consolidation Group as part of the North America Accounting department, this position will:



  • Perform complex financial consolidations under multiple reporting structures in the OneStream system to support external and internal reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Work with cross functional teams and various finance and accounting leads throughout the global organization to review and execute requests for new OneStream accounts and business entities
  • Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to financial consolidations
  • Provide OneStream assistance to other teams throughout accounting and finance, and present system training annually
  • Support special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests related to OneStream or North America consolidated financial data
  • Develop management / leadership skills for future rotations that require strong OneStream reporting skills with increasing levels of responsibility

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related degree
  • 5+ years' experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel capabilities and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards, external reporting requirements, and internal controls
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced industry
  • Overtime required during monthly closes


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with SAP and OneStream or similar ledger or reporting systems
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
  • MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance
  • Experience in internal or external audit
  • Team oriented with excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and issue resolution
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid business acumen
