Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring that all grounds, buildings, and equipment are properly maintained in the most timely and cost-efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day activities of a team of direct reports. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree preferred, and/or a combination of two years of college or vocational training in electrical and preferably additional training in HVAC, plumbing and associated trades. (i.e., building, construction, sanitation.)
