You'll help document and improve IT and business processes so teams across the company can work more efficiently and consistently. What you'll do * Partner with subjectmatter experts to document processes, workflows, and best practices * Create clear, userfriendly process documentation and job aids * Maintain version control and ensure documentation stays accurate and up to date * Identify opportunities to streamline or improve existing processes * Assist with creating training materials tied to documented processes * Work with teams across the organization to validate and refine documentation What you'll learn * How processes support technology and business operations * How to gather information from stakeholders and translate it into usable documentation * How continuous improvement works in a real organization What we're looking for * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Writing, Information Science, MIS, or a related field * Strong written communication skills * Comfort working with documentation and collaboration tools Additional Information Internship starts on May 18, 2026 and will last for 12 weeks.
