6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs. and stack safely.
• Steel-toe boots.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift.

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Set up, operate, and clean processing equipment to support daily production schedules.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
• Execute work in compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and operating instructions.
• Monitor and record process data, including furnace, kiln, and press operations.
• Prepare and process materials, including heat cleaning, layup, pressing, sintering, and CNC/laser cutting of CMC components.
• Maintain organized storage areas, including temperature-controlled environments.
• Identify and communicate quality issues; support corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with leadership to meet production targets and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 5S and manufacturing best practices.
