Job Summary: Provides technical support to the Production floor, Purchasing, Suppliers and Engineering. This position works under general supervision and direction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, develops and implements in house tooling, fixtures and test equipment.

  • Assists with Production Acceptance Test (PAT) generation and implementation.

  • Provides clarification and manufacturing input to engineering design documentation.

  • Researches and solves manufacturing problems both internally and at suppliers.

  • Request corrections to engineering design documentation.

  • Provides review of non-conforming material.

  • Researches and suggests use of alternate parts.

  • Conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements of job duties.

  • Analyzes work-study data and equipment specifications to establish time production standards.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering or related technical degree program.
  • Ability to read and follow basic engineering drawings and technical instructions.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Cubic Pay Range:

$20.00 - $30.00 + benefits.

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
