Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Harborside, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within their Capital Markets division. The successful candidate will guide teams through change, actively contribute to establishing a new Agile framework, and be instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices. Responsibilities: Lead the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices Act as a player/coach to guide teams through organizational change Actively contribute to establishing a new Agile framework Instrumental in standing up new Scrum teams Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization Requirements: Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master (10+ years) Proven experience leading transformations from waterfall to Agile methodologies Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Ability to act as both a coach and an active contributor to the Agile framework Experience within a Capital Markets environment is highly desirable Pay rate up to: $74.62 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
