Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager in the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) which focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases.This role supports the Base Information Transport Infrastructure (BITI) programs located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford Masssachussets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Must be a US citizen
• Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret level clearence
• Eductation:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices, as defined in DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101
• Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions.
• Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
• Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.
• Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews.
• Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews.
• Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews
