Responsibilities






  • Work with vendors and branch to help clear up A/P issues related to NCR's and returns
  • Work with vendors and branch to resolve NCR from shipping errors research and resolve all receiving discrepancies (NCR's),
  • Maintain control over the return goods queue - keep it clean and current and account for all material in the RGQ, request all defective vendor RGA, work with sales on the return of non-stock items and return them to the vendor.
  • Assist with researching cycle count findings
  • Assist with identifying the root cause of cycle count finding
  • Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies
  • Research and assist with processing stock returns
  • Update new items for bin locations
  • Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items
  • Assist with managing bin locations and changes
  • Assist with managing and creating reports
  • All duties as assigned





Qualifications





  • Administrative background or experience
  • Proficient in Excel (creating and analyzing excel spreadsheets)
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft word and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement - order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.





Environment





  • Typical environment includes offices and warehouse.
  • Light to moderate noise level.
  • While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
