* Analyze usage data to provide data-driven recommendations for contract renewals and right-sizing subscriptions across various software models.

* Partner with IT Sourcing and VMO to manage relationships with key vendors, reviewing terms and conditions for new software contracts to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

* Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" for software assets within multi-regional operations.

* Produce monthly KPIs for senior leadership across various levels regarding coverage, compliance status, spend analysis, and optimization progress.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Software Asset Management within a large, multinational corporate environment.

* Advanced proficiency in leading SAM platforms and tools, with demonstrated experience in configuring discovery patterns, managing entitlements, and running reconciliation engines within specific SAM environments.

* Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query) for normalizing large datasets from disparate sources.

* Deep understanding of various licensing models, including:

* SaaS: Leading SaaS platforms.

* Cloud/Infrastructure: Major cloud providers (BYOL models).

* On-Premise: Per-core, per-user, and device-based licensing. * Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.

* Ability to navigate the cultural and operational nuances of a multi-regional environment.

* Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.

* Capability to translate complex licensing information into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

* A high degree of professional ethics when dealing with compliance, vendor transparency, and sensitive financial data.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
