We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in optimizing our merchandising strategies and ensuring our stores are always customer-ready. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence how products are presented across our extensive network, impacting millions of customers daily. You will be at the heart of ensuring our store teams have the clear, accurate, and timely information they need to bring our merchandising vision to life, directly contributing to an elevated shopping experience for our customers.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position


**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate the communication of planograms, new item introductions, and discontinued item notices to stores.

* Review, proofread, and quality-check all store-facing communication materials before distribution, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

* Coordinate and release critical updates related to merchandising, new products, and item discontinuation.

* Interpret complex planogram content and translate it into clear, actionable instructions for store teams.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, store operations, and marketing teams to validate content and timelines.

* Maintain rigorous version control to ensure stores always receive the correct communication packets.

* Utilize specialized tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials.

* Manage multiple overlapping deadlines and effectively prioritize your workflow in a fast-paced environment.

* Leverage standard office software for tracking, reporting, and communication tasks.

**What You'll Bring:**

* A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

* 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles.

* Demonstrated experience with Adobe software (Acrobat required; Illustrator or InDesign is a plus).

* Exceptional written communication skills and an acute attention to detail.

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

* A strong capacity to quickly learn new processes and work efficiently with a short ramp-up period.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Planogram literacy or planogram design experience (a major plus).

* Background in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

* Experience supporting large store networks or field communication teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.78 to $26.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
