Busser - Seasonal Smokey's Manitowish Waters, WI A taste of northern Wisconsin nostalgia, with a modern twist! Smokey's is an intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. Hours: Part-time, including weekends and some holidays. This Part-Time, Seasonal position is in Manitowish Waters, WI. Position Responsibilities Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils. Sort and stack clean dishes. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand. Remove trash and garbage to dumpster. Sweep and mop floor. Wipe up spills. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Kitchen experience preferred. Available to work nights and weekends Capability to keep up with the fast-paced kitchen environment to give efficient and timely service.
