Evolver Federal is seeking a Cybersecurity Training and Support Analyst to support its Federal client in Springfield, VA in developing training content, outreach materials, and coordinating all aspects of the client's Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who leverages their strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and deliver training content and lead the execution of the communication strategy in support of the client's Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program. The candidate will have previous experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups to promote cybersecurity awareness as well as previous experience in managing and maintaining SharePoint Sites.

Responsibilities



  • Lead the communication efforts in support of the client's Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program Strategy
  • Execute the client's Cybersecurity Awareness and Training strategy
  • Collect, analyze, and develop reports showing training performance metrics and compliance.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and policy updates for senior leadership.
  • Respond to data calls and support audit-related training documentation.
  • Develop materials for Cybersecurity Awareness Month and monthly awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct research to support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training content.
  • Act as a liaison and engage in regular communication with stakeholders, end users, and leadership.
  • Update and maintain Cybersecurity Training SharePoint sites with current artifacts and resources.
  • Manage training schedules
  • Lead stakeholder coordination efforts with executives, technical staff and end users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Government.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Basic Qualifications



  • 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience in a relevant field if no degree
  • 3 years of experience developing cybersecurity awareness training materials.
  • 1 year of experience developing communication and training material in support of awareness campaigns for annual events such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
  • 5 years of experience developing and delivering briefings and reports for senior leadership in a federal organization.
  • 2 years of experience in the role of SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator, developing, managing, and maintaining content for a client organization.
  • 2 years of experience coordinating and managing project schedules
  • 1 year of experience with client-engagement experience with a diverse set of stakeholders, including but not limited to executive level, technical staff, and end users.
  • Must have one training related certification such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
  • Must have an Active DOD Secret clearance



Preferred Qualifications



  • 4 years of experience developing cybersecurity awareness training materials.
  • 3 years of experience coordinating and managing project schedules
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal communication in both formal and informal situations.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities, follow project schedules, meet established deadlines, and proactively communicate risks and issues to the Contractor PM and/or Federal Leads.
  • Possess good listening skills and the ability to detect explicit and implicit needs and wants of the client.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • DHS HQ or Component- level experience preferred.
  • Security related certification such as CISSP or Security+
