What You'll Do Lead & Inspire HighPerforming Teams - Build, mentor, and scale an engineering organization centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Foster an inclusive, supportive culture where engineers are empowered to bring creative ideas and take ownership. - Develop leadership talent and ensure teams have the clarity, tools, and processes needed to deliver successfully. Drive Delivery & Operational Excellence - Oversee daytoday engineering operations to ensure predictable, highquality delivery across key product areas. - Establish and manage operational frameworks (planning cycles, team structures, communication cadences, KPIs, etc.). - Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and team capacity to meet business priorities. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery speed, quality, and stability. Ensure CrossFunctional Alignment - Partner with Product, Consulting, Cloud, Client Success, Support, and other teams to translate business needs into actionable engineering plans. - Serve as a key liaison between leadership and engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. - Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand needs, provide updates, and support solution delivery. Champion Strategic Execution - Support longterm product and technology planning by aligning engineering teams with strategic roadmaps. - Evaluate operational risks, dependencies, and constraints-and proactively drive solutions. - Translate organizational goals into engineering objectives that ensure measurable impact. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for your engineering portfolio. MetricsDriven Leadership - Define, monitor, and communicate performance metrics around delivery, quality, reliability, and team health. - Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, optimize operations, and ensure accountability. Qualifications - 10+ years of engineering leadership with a strong focus on operational execution, delivery management, or organizational leadership. - Proven experience leading multi-team engineering organizations in a fastpaced, complex environment. - Demonstrated success improving processes, scaling teams, and driving predictable outcomes. - Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices (SDLC, DevOps principles, cloud-based delivery) without needing deep hands-on technical expertise. - Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and changemanagement skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
