Overview: The Manager, Employee Experience & Early Talent plays a key role in shaping the employee journey at Inovalon-from a new hire's first day through ongoing engagement and culture-building experiences. This role is responsible for designing and leading programs that strengthen onboarding, build community, and foster a connected, high-performing culture across the organization. The role oversees key employee experience initiatives including new hire orientation, internship and early career programs, employee engagement initiatives, ERG strategy, and company-wide culture programs. Working closely with People Business Partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that programs are thoughtfully designed, well-executed, and aligned with organizational priorities. This position requires someone who is both strategic and highly operational, capable of building scalable programs while also executing high-quality experiences that strengthen engagement and connection across a distributed workforce.
