Duke University Human Resources - Benefits Administration is looking for a Financial Performance & Quality Assurance (FPQA) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex healthcare and financial data into meaningful insights that inform the design, strategy, and performance of Duke's employee benefits programs. You'll play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, analyzing trends, validating financial performance, and supporting compliance activities. Every day you will work with sensitive HIPAAlevel data, uncover patterns between demographics, utilization, and costs, and communicate your findings through compelling visual and written reports. You'll collaborate with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to help strengthen Duke's benefits ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problemsolving, translating data into insights, and supporting strategic decisionmaking across a large, missiondriven institution. Proficient in software and financial analysis tools and procedures. Degrees, Licensures, Certifications N/A Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $67,732.00 to USD $116,282.00.
