As a Senior Activities Aide, you'll design uplifting therapeutic play and arts experiences for pediatric patients and their families across the hospital-bringing color, comfort, and courage to their care journey. From supporting infants in the NICU with developmental interactions to facilitating creative groups in the relational health center, you'll work handson alongside certified child life specialists and licensed clinicians to ensure every activity supports each child's therapeutic goals. You'll also help guide volunteers and student interns, support artsinhealth initiatives, keep programs running smoothly, and help bring special events and magical moments to life hospitalwide. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
