GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This is a skilled and experienced position. Working with no or little supervision, with the specific knowledge of the trade to determine materials and techniques to satisfactorily perform function safely and to meet all codes and requirements of Federal, State, and local guidelines, as well as assist other maintenance personnel in daily maintenance practices and procedures. May train other maintenance personnel and/or work closely with temporary staff/contractors to ensure quality of work being performed. This person reports to the Maintenance supervisor and plant manager if any discretion is found in procedure, compliance, or workmanship.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to Maintenance Supervisor.
- Troubleshoots all process and facilities related equipment regarding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical problems.
- Completes monthly maintenance for all production and facilities equipment when requested.
- Capable of managing several projects simultaneously without direct supervision.
- Maintains all office and administrative maintenance requests.
- Performs 5S activities as required daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Works in cooperation with other Managers, Engineers, and division supervisors on ensuring all equipment is maintained and operational.
- Reports any safety problem immediately.
- Estimates costs or electrical Maintenance and /or project costs in the terms of materials.
- All other duties as assigned.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
