You'll be instrumental in guiding product vision, optimizing processes, and driving sustainability efforts within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. **What You Will Do:** * Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, identifying key tasks, milestones, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time launches in compliance with company quality standards. * Present launch and transversal project reviews, escalating risks to operational and leadership teams. * Guide marketing teams in new innovation product briefs and conception definitions to ensure design aligns with agility, profitability, and future-focused sustainability initiatives. * Engage operational and cross-functional stakeholders to foster participation and ownership for transversal projects. * Lead project review meetings and drive the resolution of roadblocks impacting project progress. * Analyze and drive launch viability in terms of cost, timeline, and sustainability. * Continuously develop and maintain professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the product development discipline. * Drive risk assessment with cross-functional partners within Operations and Research and Innovation to create and track mitigation plans, securing approval for sound technical backup options to maintain project timelines. * Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Research and Innovation on harmonization, profitability, and sustainability initiatives. * Manage plant transfers as requested. * Serve as a crucial communication link between technical and industrial teams. * Manage projects through all aspects of the product development process. * Conduct feasibility costs and Cost of Goods (COG) analysis. * Provide Value Analysis support to manufacturing teams. * Coordinate Research and Development activities. * Research and develop packaging components. * Manage additional project work as necessary or required. * Interface with all manufacturing management and associated functional areas. * Provide development support to team members on projects, offering guidance on feasibility costing related to aesthetic choices to ensure timely and cost-effective launches. * Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and manage follow-ups. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Minimum of 7 years of experience in package/product development and project management, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or a related field. * Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline. * Proven ability to be collaborative and build strong relationships with all cross-functional teams. * Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence all levels of the organization internally and externally. * Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and information for each project. * A proactive mindset to continuously develop and stay updated on new trends and technologies. * Ability to assume a leadership role within development teams and special projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Technical packaging experience. * Experience developing products for global markets. * Prior experience with leading consumer goods companies. **Compensation:** The target hiring compensation for this role is up to $76/hr.
