Description
We are partnering with a growing, technology-enabled services organization seeking a senior operations executive to lead and scale its end-to-end service delivery model.
This individual will oversee a complex, multi-functional operation spanning installation, technical services, network engineering, customer support, and fulfillment. The role requires a highly process-driven leader who can bring structure, drive efficiency, and build scalable systems while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight across all operational functions, including:
    • Field installation / deployment services (currently supported by third-party teams with opportunity to evaluate in-house build)
    • Technical services and support
    • Network engineering and service delivery (including design and deployment environments)
    • Customer service operations (including offshore teams)
    • Warehouse and fulfillment operations
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery lifecycle from post-sale through installation, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Build, optimize, and scale a network of third-party service providers and installers, while evaluating long-term insourcing strategies
  • Drive process design, standardization, and continuous improvement across all operational areas
  • Establish, track, and enforce KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics tied to operational efficiency, revenue, and customer outcomes
  • Oversee project management function, ensuring successful execution across multiple concurrent deployments and timelines
  • Partner cross-functionally with:
    • Sales (handoff from contract to execution)
    • Legal (contract alignment and risk considerations)
    • Finance/Accounting (budgeting, cost controls, and performance tracking)
  • Lead and scale distributed teams, including onshore and offshore functions
  • Provide leadership across a high-volume, multi-project environment, managing prioritization, resource allocation, and execution
  • Improve operational visibility and reporting, including development of dashboards and executive-level insights
  • Ensure operational infrastructure can support continued growth and increased deployment volume
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 12-15+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or field operations environments
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or executive-level operations role
  • 8+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams across operations, technical services, or deployment environments
  • 8+ years of experience building and improving operational processes, workflows, and systems
  • 5+ years of experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics in a high-volume environment
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing project management teams and multiple concurrent projects/deployments
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with sales, legal, and finance teams
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, deployment, installation, or integrator-type environments
  • 3+ years of experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, or service provider networks
  • 3+ years of experience working within or supporting networking, infrastructure, or technical deployment environments
  • 5+ years of experience operating in a role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth or scaling organization
  • 3+ years of experience building or transforming field service or installation organizations (including insourcing vs. outsourcing models)
  • 3+ years of experience managing global or offshore teams
  • 3+ years of experience supporting network deployment, WiFi, or infrastructure-related environments
  • 3+ years of experience in a technology-enabled services or integrator business model
  • 3+ years of experience improving or rebuilding operational processes within an existing organization
