Job Summary

This position provides labor/employee relations guidance and advice to management, union, and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance and favorable working conditions between management personnel and union/non-union associates to avoid grievances and litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Associates degree required
  • 5 years of experience required in HR within a union environment required - strong preference in Labor & Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and City las (e.g. FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL,NRC guidelines)
  • Knowledgeable on conducting investigations
  • Knowledge of unions and CBA's
