This position serves as the primary point of contact at the department's reception area, managing mild daily traffic while handling mail distribution, conference room scheduling, phone calls and general office management needs. The Administrative Specialist is also responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies to support faculty and staff. In addition to these core administrative functions, the role dedicates a significant portion of time to assisting with the coordination and execution of strategic projects across the department's clinical, educational, and research missions, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders |
