Lead the quality assurance system: policies, procedures, control plans, document control, audits, ISO compliance, and certification programs. Oversee quality control performance: inspection processes, testing protocols, defect trends, and technician capability. Handle customer complaints, returns, and qualityrelated communication. Lead rootcause analysis, corrective actions, and preventiveaction programs. Develop quality training programs for supervisors, technicians, and production teams. Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and variation. Lead quality staffing, development, and resource planning. Report quality performance to plant leadership and corporate teams. Approve major quality decisions, deviations, and customer concerns.
YOU HAVE:
Deep knowledge of quality assurance systems, ISO standards, audits, and compliance. Strong command of quality control processes, defect analysis, and inspection strategy. Leadership skills to lead supervisors, technicians, and crossfunctional initiatives. Advanced rootcause analysis and correctiveaction expertise. Ability to develop quality policies, procedures, and training programs. Strong analytical skills for trend analysis, indicators, and customerquality metrics. High-level communication skills for customer interaction and leadership reporting. Ability to influence culture and drive continuous improvement across the plant. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field preferred. Certifications such as CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Lean are a plus. ISO 9001 lead auditor training is highly beneficial. 7-10 years in manufacturing or constructionproduct quality roles, shown experience leading QA/QC systems and leading audits. Experience handling customer complaints, returns, and critical issues. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving improvement initiatives. Background in developing and implementing quality procedures and control vice high performance products and solutions that connect and protect some of the world's most sensitive equipment, buildings and critical processes.
