Job Overview

Join our Power Tools & Lifting (PTL) business unit as a Senior Financial Analyst and operate at the center of strategy, investment, and performance. Partnering closely with the Director of FP&A, this role drives forecasting, sharpens decision-making, and elevates financial performance across the business. As the first finance touchpoint and strategic co-pilot to the VP of Engineering
& Product Management, you'll directly shape the product roadmap as the business pivots from pneumatic to precision fastening for aerospace and high-precision manufacturing. This is more than FP&A ownership-it's true business partnership. From building investment cases for new product development (seed to scale) to holding teams accountable to outcomes, this role blends financial rigor with real influence. Operating globally, you'll connect regions, standardize processes, challenge assumptions, and accelerate smarter, faster decisions that drive profitability. You'll also play a key role in the Oracle 11i to R12 upgrade and broader modernization efforts across procurement and performance reporting-gaining consistent exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial and analytical depth, sharp business acumen, and a continuous improvement
mindset-someone who can translate data into direction and influence outcomes at every level. If you're inquisitive, unafraid to push for clarity, and driven to eliminate inefficiencies in finance workflows, this is your opportunity to build, influence, and scale how a global PTL business operates.
