  • Preparing clear, well-organized investigation reports with recommendations.
  • Maintaining accurate case documentation within the HR case management system (e.g., HR Acuity)
  • Identifying trends across employee relations cases and partnering with HR leadership to address potential risks.
  • Supporting training initiatives that strengthen understanding of employee relations policies and workplace expectations.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

This role might be for you if:

  • You demonstrate strong judgment and can analyze sensitive situations objectively.
  • You are skilled at interviewing employees and gathering information during HR investigations.
  • You can write clear, concise investigation summaries and recommendations.
  • You enjoy partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders to resolve workplace concerns.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple employee relations cases.
  • You bring empathy, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive employee relations matters.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of Human Resources experience supporting employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
