Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Employee Relations & Investigations Specialist to join our Human Resources Center of Expertise. In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders across the system to address complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and HR compliance issues. The Employee Relations & Investigations Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners by providing guidance on employee relations concerns, conducting HR investigations, and supporting a respectful, compliant workplace environment. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of Human Resources experience supporting employee relations matters and workplace investigations. You bring a strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance, as well as experience working with HR systems such as HR Acuity or PeopleSoft. This position is hybrid and requires travel throughout New Jersey to support leaders across the RWJBarnabas Health system.
