Show Us What You've Got

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good computer skills and familiarity with inspection software
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
• 1-2 years of AOI machine operation experience
• Knowledge of SMT components and PCB layouts
• Understanding of soldering standards
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing/sitting for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

The Job in Action

• Operate and maintain AOI equipment for PCB inspection
• Detect defects such as soldering issues, misaligned components, and anomalies
• Load/unload PCBs with care and precision
• Review AOI inspection results, verify false calls, and confirm real defects
• Document findings and maintain accurate inspection records
• Perform preventative maintenance per company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all procedures, safety rules, and documentation practices
• Assist in other departments as needed and cross-train as required
