Job Description

The Inventory Manager - Data, Reporting & E&O Optimization is responsible for leading the strategic management of service parts inventory across the North America Mopar network. This role oversees inventory health, drives E&O reduction initiatives, ensures reporting accuracy, and delivers actionable insights that influence supply chain performance.


The manager leads a team of analysts focused on inventory optimization, reporting automation, data governance, and forecasting alignment. Need to enforce strict policies and procedures. Ensure all auditable processes maintain SOX compliance (required documentation and process gap closures). This position works cross-functionally with Purchasing, Supplier Operations, Forecasting, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and financial performance of the inventory portfolio.


The ideal leader will be highly analytical, data-driven, comfortable with large datasets, and skilled in translating data to then drive business actions that lead to outcomes that strengthen service levels while reducing waste.


Responsibilities including but not limited to:



  • Own and manage the overall service parts inventory strategy for Stellantis Aftersales, balancing availability, cost, and network capacity.
  • Oversee inventory levels ($1.4B currently) across depots, reman facilities, suppliers, and consignment locations.
  • Drive inventory right-sizing initiatives, drive and hold stakeholders' accountable proper levels of inventory.
  • Lead Scrapping and inventory exit decisions while note impacting the bottom line.
  • Lead monthly inventory reviews, part-level root-cause analysis, and financial impact assessments.
  • Execute long-term inventory health plans aligned with S&OP and Mopar strategic priorities.
  • Manage the creation and automation of inventory dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reporting packages.
  • Oversee month-end close reporting, including inventory levels, cash impact, E&O exposure, and stratification analysis.
  • Assigned as the Business owner behind a supply chain system of CITS (consignment Inventory Management), GCRS (Global Core Return System)
  • Lead digital transformation efforts to modernize reporting pipelines using Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics tools.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or operations planning.
  • Strong command of inventory planning methodologies, E&O frameworks, and financial implications.
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (Excel Advanced, Access, Cognos, Power BI).
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to manage complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Lead Committee and Governance meetings collaborating stakeholders and driving business financial decisions for the betterment of the overall Stellantis position.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience within the automotive or service parts industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Stellantis systems: CITS, CLTSO, MARCS, Cognos, F2K, WMS, and mainframe reporting.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data automation tools.
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes and KPI governance.
  • Experience driving inventory reduction, E&O mitigation, and reporting standardization at scale
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
