Senior Equipment Sales Support Specialist serves as a senior subject-matter resource for equipment, parts, and service order execution, ensuring exceptional customer experience while enabling the Industrial Project Sales team to meet revenue and margin objectives. This role owns end-to-end quote-to-cash support for complex and high-value opportunities; partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and vendors to resolve escalations; and drives improvements to pricing, order management, and customer service processes. Responsibilities include developing accurate quotations, supporting RFP responses, coordinating product training and enablement, and producing actionable reporting and insights to improve forecast accuracy, cycle time, and customer satisfaction. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 Schedule: 8:00am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote Responsibilities Own and prioritize the customer inquiry and order pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and consistent customer communication for complex and high-impact requests.
