The Opportunity with McKinstry

We'rehiring an Inventory Clerkto support onsite manufacturing and warehouse operations at McKinstry in Spokane. This contract role plays a keyroleinkeeping materials moving, organized, and ready to support production. The estimated duration is 6-12 months, with potential for extension.

WhatYou'llBe Doing

• Receive, store, and move materials throughout the warehouse or manufacturing facility
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
• Use barcode scanners and RF equipment to track materials
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks; support forklift operations as needed
• Follow FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support overall flow of materials across the facility

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of warehouse, material handling, or similar experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortableusing basic technology (scanners, inventory systems, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Forklift certification or experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with inventory processes or RF scanning

This is an hourly contract role, with a pay range of $17.13 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
