What You Will Do: Lead, Shape, Deliver You'll contribute some of our most ambitious work, collaborating with talented teams, sophisticated clients, and expert consultants to bring ideas to life. Here's how you'll make an impact: Be a key contributor to the vision for large, complex projects from first sketch through construction Set the standard for design excellence, ensuring every detail reflects both creativity and technical rigor Develop and foster trusted relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through the design journey Provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams, aligning consultants, timelines, and resources for success Drive quality and performance, ensuring projects meet design intent, budget, and goals Solve complex technical challenges, delivering innovative, code-compliant solutions Represent Gensler publicly, presenting to stakeholders, agencies, and community groups Mentor and elevate others, helping shape the next generation of leaders within the firm What You Bring: Expertise + Perspective We're looking for someone with vast experience to share their point of view while still possessing a desire to keep evolving. You'll thrive in this role if you: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program Are alicensed Architectwith 10+ years of experience delivering complex commercial projects Bring a track record of leading projects, building client trust, and driving outcomes Demonstrate advanced technical expertise, including mastery of Revit and integrated building systems Care deeply about design quality, sustainability, and resilience Continuously push yourself and your work toward better, smarter, more meaningful solutions Bonus: LEED Accreditation or WELL AP and demonstrated sustainable design in your portfolio.
