As a key contributor to our planning and scheduling functions, you will play an instrumental role in optimizing inventory and maximizing sales. You will be at the forefront of analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure product availability and strategic assortment. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will directly support leaders in making informed decisions that enhance business outcomes and delight customers.

**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with planning leaders to develop item and category assortment plans, focusing on improving sales and profitable returns on inventory.

* Communicate critical add/drop assortment changes to inform future ordering strategies.

* Analyze weekly sales performance, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

* Provide business insights and analytics to leadership, helping to capitalize on in-season opportunities and mitigate potential liabilities.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all product releases and proactively communicate any concerns.

* Work closely with allocation teams to confirm all in-stock items are accurately set up and available in intended sales channels.

* Assist in preparing presentations for leadership, outlining program performance and future strategic initiatives.

* Proactively manage essential planning tasks, including return-to-vendor processes and price changes.

* Identify potential stock concerns and develop proactive action plans to address them.

* Continuously seek opportunities to improve store performance through strategic assortment adjustments.

* Support planning leadership with special projects as needed.

* Contribute to achieving all financial objectives through diligent planning and analysis.

* Utilize and apply various analytical tools to thoroughly understand business performance.

* Regularly visit retail locations to gain firsthand insights into product performance and customer experience.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

* Proficiency in Microsoft tools, relevant business intelligence platforms, and enterprise retail management systems.

* Strong financial and analytical acumen.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* High level of attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong follow-through abilities.

* Proven organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize a diverse workload effectively.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines.

* High motivation and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers and partners across various teams.

* A clear understanding of basic financial measures such as sales, gross margins, and weeks of supply.
