The Contracts and Supply Chain organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts and Supply Chain Analyst Intern to support our Systems, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise-scale platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Pay (S2P)/procurement systems, and supporting ERP environments. The Intern will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of business operations, systems, and data. The Intern will also contribute to reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, data visibility, and system performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and maintenance activities across CLM, Procurement Systems, and ERP systems.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support contracts and supply chain.

  • Help analyze system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Partner with team members to document business processes, system workflows, and user requirements.

  • Contribute to ongoing system modernization and automation initiatives.

  • Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities for system enhancements and releases.

  • Assist in troubleshooting user-reported issues and tracking resolution progress.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with stakeholders across contracts, supply chain, IT, and other enterprise functions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as formulas, pivot tables, and/or data analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in contracts, procurement, or supply chain operations

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., CLM, ERP, procurement platforms such as SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Ivalua, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or other data querying tools and techniques.

  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Pay Range:Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
