The Beach Club Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing all operations at the Allenhurst Beach Club, which services approximately 2,900 members and manages 125 seasonal staff. The Assistant Manager will assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enforcing club policies, coordinating staff, and facilitating an enjoyable experience for members. This position is seasonal, from Memorial Day to the weekend after Labor Day, with a work schedule of 9 AM to 7: 30 PM, including mandatory weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beach club operations, safety standards, and facilities management.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, during the summer season.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
