Position Summary:

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for driving value through insightful data analysis, tactical pricing recommendations, and operational excellence in price execution. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The Pricing Analyst plays a key part in refining pricing models, conducting scenario analyses, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance revenue generation and profitability.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?



  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of statistical methods a plus
  • Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with pricing theory and contractual pricing
  • Problem solver, adaptable, and agile thinker
  • Clear communicator with active listening skills
  • Windows and Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projects
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills


Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Leverage quantitative analysis to refine and update pricing models, working with complex data sets to inform decisions that improve revenue and margin performance
  • Conduct initial analyses-such as competitive comparisons, basic variance calculations, and trend analysis-to identify pricing opportunities and performance gaps
  • Regularly assess promotional effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend adjustments to pricing tactics.
  • Use analytical tools (e.g., Excel modeling, SQL queries, BI dashboards) to mine data from multiple sources, creating actionable reports and insights for both internal teams and senior leaders
  • Maintain and enhance pricing dashboards, scorecards, and metric reports to track key performance indicators and support continuous improvement in pricing effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing predictive models that forecast the impact of pricing changes on sales volume, customer behavior, and profitability
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure that all pricing activities adhere to established guidelines and internal controls
  • Support the development and refinement of pricing policies, ensuring they remain competitive and effective
  • Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years Experience in pricing, financial analysis, market research, or related analytical roles, preferably in a dynamic, data-driven environment preferred
  • Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
