The Role: Orrick has an exciting opening for a West Coast Transactional Pitch Specialist. We are looking for someone ready to be challenged and build a career within an AmLaw Top 100 law firm known for delivering innovative solutions that integrate transactional, litigation and regulatory excellence. This hybrid position may be based in any of Orrick's West Coast U.S. offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Monica or Seattle), with consideration given for 100% remote U.S. locations. Candidates must be able to work U.S. West Coast business hours. What will I do? In this role, you will provide direct support to our Business Development team and lawyers in executing client-focused opportunity responses for our Energy & Infrastructure business unit, with additional support for our Finance business unit and occasional support across Corporate, Life Sciences and Litigation/Regulatory. You will be responsible for crafting tailored, persuasive proposals and pitch materials that differentiate the firm and position us to win new business. As an integral member of our Global Pitch Team, you will support the pitch lifecycle from initial intake to final submission. This role requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
