Outpatient Primary Care APP (PA/NP)- Western, NC

UNC Caldwell is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Health Medical Group and Caldwell Physicians Network provide the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137 bed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System located in the Greater Hickory Area of Western, NC.

Position Features:

• Location- Rivercrest Medical Park- 160 River Bend Drive, Granite Falls, NC 28630
• Hours- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 36 patient contact hours per week

• Seeking an NP or PA who will assess and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic illness. Prior Primary Care Clinic experience is required.
