Transform at JLL as a Facility Manager on a premier technology client account! You will work with an integrated facilities management team at a clients corporate campus.

Location: Durham, NC 27703

Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager

What this job involves:

The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Managerof a site or multi-sites as appointed

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign all frequency-based and work type maintenance activities using industry and client best practices. Schedule and manage vendor performance of all preventative and recurring maintenance for assigned properties while maintaining liaison regarding work execution, schedule changes, and manpower status.
  • Work Order Management & Oversight: Oversee daily work order review and follow up to ensure successful service delivery and customer experience. Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process, systems, and data continuity related to central facility management/reporting while maximizing system capability.
  • KPI/SLA Performance & Quality Improvement: Communicate KPI and SLA requirements in a timely manner, assist in meeting or exceeding site KPIs, provide ongoing quality analysis of customer feedback, develop and implement effective response plans, and recommend continuous quality improvement practices to identify service delivery improvements and savings.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage third-party contractors/vendors with respect to work order completion, provide direction and information to vendors and service providers to ensure excellent coordination with minimal disruption to the client environment, and provide vendor coaching on Corrigo system usage.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and service providers at assigned properties, act as remote interface with clients/sites, provide accurate and prompt assistance to all customer inquiries with a commitment to hospitality, and ensure appropriate follow-up with customers, technicians, and vendors.
  • CMMS Administration & System Integrity: Assist in maintaining the integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo), assume responsibility for supporting the account team, oversee proper system use and configuration to meet internal and client objectives, and manage facility management tasks as assigned.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Support development and production of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc account reporting including work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, project reporting, incident reporting, and training. Manage operations to mitigate operational risk
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with valid driver's license required
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven facilities management experience managing hard and soft services as a 3rd party provider
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Tableau, CMMS, and SharePoint
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with associates, clients, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles as applied to commercial property management
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, and technical documents, and respond professionally to inquiries and complaints from clients, co-workers, vendors, contractors, and supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo
  • Associate / Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
