Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Sr. Manager, Enterprise Platforms and Service Delivery! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Platforms & Service Delivery is accountable for the delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Ocean Spray's enterprise platforms and core business applications. This role ensures that solutions are built, released, operated, and supported effectively in alignment with approved enterprise architecture standards.

This leader owns platform execution and operational outcomes, overseeing delivery teams, hands on technical roles, and service providers to ensure reliability, performance, compliance, and user satisfaction. The role is critical to Ocean Spray's ongoing digital transformation, with SAP S/4HANA (RISE), SAP IBP, SAP SAC, and a complex ecosystem of integrated business applications at the core.

A Day in the Life...

PLATFORM DELIVERY & EXECUTION

  • Own delivery of enterprise platforms and core business applications from build through release and stabilization
  • Execute solution delivery in alignment with approved enterprise architecture standards and patterns
  • Ensure delivery teams and vendors adhere to established development, quality, and security standards

OPERATIONS & SERVICE DELIVERY

  • Accountable for platform reliability, availability, and business continuity outcomes
  • Accountable for daytoday operational stability, performance, and supportability of enterprise platforms
  • Own change management processes for applications and integrations
  • Ensure SLAs, operational KPIs, and compliance requirements are consistently met
  • Develop and execute platform upgrade, patching, and lifecycle management strategies
  • Establish and govern application and platform monitoring standards
  • Enable and supervise cloud services supporting enterprise applications

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT

  • Lead and manage handson technical roles, including Systems Integration Architect & SAP Basis
  • Ensure integrations are reliable, observable, and supportable in production
  • Drive rootcause analysis and remediation of platform and integration issues
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to surface architectural gaps, risks, and technical debt
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness across platforms

VENDOR & SERVICE PROVIDER MANAGEMENT

  • Govern Application Managed Service (AMS) providers and system integrators
  • Establish and manage performance metrics for vendors and service partners
  • Ensure vendor delivery models align to operational and business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, cost efficiency, and responsiveness

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • Proven experience leading delivery and operations of enterprise platforms and applications
  • Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA (RISE preferred) in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of application operations, performance monitoring, and service management
  • Experience with DevOps delivery and testing practices in enterprise settings
  • Strong troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and problemmanagement skills
  • Experience governing Application Managed Service (AMS) providers and managing to SLAs and KPIs
  • Demonstrated leadership of crossfunctional internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to translate architectural direction into stable, scalable operational solutions

Preferred

  • Experience leading largescale ERP or platform transformations
  • Experience operating integrationheavy application ecosystems (API, ETL, middleware)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern operational models
  • Experience working in federated delivery or productaligned team models

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 7 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$132,500 - $182,160

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
