Your team will develop relationships withandprovide patients and families with the care and guidance they need forend-of-lifecare. Key Responsibilities Oversee allbranch operations, which includes both home visits and the local inpatient unit Serveas a business operations expert forboth home based and inpatient hospice facility Ensure effective use of resources using P&L information,census numbers, and staffing levels Lead culture initiatives to ensure a healthy working environment for yourteamleaders and team Conduct back-to-bedside visitsto keep you in touch with your team's experiences Partner with Hospice Care Consultants and team leads to nurture referral relationships Serve as a community advocate, keeping AccentCare held in high regard Review business operationsreporttohelp improve processes forthesite Qualifications Texas RN licenserequired At least10years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program Experience managing multiple sites/buildings Experience inbusinessand fiscal functions in a health care settingpreferred Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
