About the Job

We are looking for a Women's Gymnastics Casual Operations Assistant.

Administration

  • Coordinate team schedules and calendars through Teamworks Prepare and process a variety of correspondence
    • Recruits, Donors, Boosters & Parents

Practice/Competition/Team Travel

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of team travel, including flights, buses, meals, lodging and team itineraries
  • Collaborate with equipment staff on procurement of team equipment (Nike & other)

Recruiting

  • Help plan official and unofficial visits
  • Maintain all recruiting databases (athlete, coach, club, and high school)
  • Search and update recruit results during the competitive season
  • Help create/send all recruiting correspondence

Special Event Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison and point of contact with external groups, including Booster Club, Parents' Association, alumni groups, and coaching associations
  • Organize correspondence to alumni, boosters, and benefactors, including monthly newsletters
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 year of experience in related sports programming, operations, and events Knowledge of the NCAA and the University's Athletic Departments standards and practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.25 - $31.62 per hour depending on education/qualifications/experience.
