Department's Website: An MSW degree from a CSWE accredited program and a minimum of two years post-master's social work practice experience in social services settings. An LMSW or LCSW, and be eligible for licensing in Arkansas. Experience working with diverse populations. A minimum of two years college teaching experience, preferably in a BSW or MSW program, including face to face, online and hybrid formats. Preference will be given to those candidates who have a deep understanding of generalist practice baccalaureate social work education and current CSWE accreditation standards (2022 EPAS).
