In this position, you won't just solve problems; you'll lead initiatives, mentor peers, and directly influence the efficiency and productivity of our entire workforce. **What You'll Do:**

* Lead, plan, and coordinate complex technical support activities for the implementation and installation of computers, network equipment, audio/video systems, servers, and associated peripherals.

* Develop and document procedures for problem determination, resolution, and installation support.

* Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with customers, management, engineering partners, and peers.

* Serve as a role model, embodying our corporate culture and commitment to excellence.

* Leverage strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to provide operational and business support for computer systems to various internal customers.

* Coach, mentor, and coordinate project and support tasks with team members.

* Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment standards and expenditures.

* Manage multiple large projects while maintaining high-quality day-to-day support activities.

* Proactively isolate and resolve hardware, software, audio/video, facility, and network infrastructure issues across various devices.

* Accurately assess customer needs and respond with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions within negotiated timeframes.

* Interface effectively with customers and IT support partners in service and support scenarios.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Three years of customer-facing end-user technology support experience.

* Active Driver's License.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.

* Proficiency with MAC/iOS systems.

* Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork.

* Effective oral and written communication skills.

* Advanced understanding of desktop/laptop configurations and operating systems.

* Familiarity with Telephony/VOIP, Audio/video, and collaboration technologies.

* Knowledge of server functionality and configurations.

* Understanding of network topology and operating systems.

* Ability to display professional maturity and positively represent IT.

* Solid leadership and project management skills.

* Ability to adjust priorities dynamically to account for changes in business needs.
