Description* Regal need 4 experienced RNs or LVNs to address a backlog in claims retro review, emphasizing the need for candidates with managed care authorization knowledge, detail-orientation, and strong communication skills, with EZCap experience as a plus. Regal is looking to quickly onboard candidates, potentially for permanent roles, to improve team efficiency and address upcoming regulatory changes, and TEKsystems will prioritize candidates with EZCap experience and aim to present qualified resumes for review by the end of the week. Skills Data, Customer service Top Skills Details Data,Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with inpatient/outpatient claims, productivity, strong written communication, and a coding (CPC cert) is a plus. Experience with "ez cap" software is a plus for faster training, but not mandatory as the process will transition to a custom system called "Ria.". Candidates will prep medical records for medical directors and provide recommendations based on clinical review.
