As a Security Officer Visitor Check In Desk in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a busy retail location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, manage visitor check-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and support access control and other security-related administrative tasks at the front desk.
• Document daily activities, visitor interactions, and unusual incidents in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
